Question Kernel Error 41

So I recently upgraded my pc to include:

I7 9700k
Msi b360 gaming plus motherboard
Nvidia Geforce 980
1 samsung 250gb ssd
1 WD 1 Tb HD
1 WD 500gb m.2 sata ssd
2 Corsair Vengeance 8GB ram

However despite this I get kernel error 41 (63) when attempting to run any games or intense processes. I believe my Corsair cx750w psu to be the issue however I am not sure. I have reinstalled windows to make sure i have fresh drives and a fresh system but the problem still persists. I have checked all my disks as well. Can anyone please help me fix this issue? I am getting a new 1200w psu today to attempt and see if that is the issue as well.

Update:
I plugged in a new 1200v psu and still no luck. I'm thinking it could be either the motherboard cpu slot (see picture A), or possibly the GPU pcie input stripped.

Just to clear it up a bit my PC will run apps like chrome fine. However, the sound is constantly stuttering and I cannot find a way to fix it. I have attempted at updating my audio drivers but nothing seems to have worked yet.
