Question Kernel Error Power 41

Can kernel error power 41 be the cause of a RAMs not compatible with a motherboard or is the the PSU? I tried searching for forums and I see it's mostly the PSU's fault but there was one of my friend says it can also be the RAM's fault. As for the problem, it only occurs with one of the game I play (PSO2) and none of the other games I own in fact, this game have the lowest GPU usage out of anything I own.

Basically, it is saying "I shut down unexpectedly, and I do not know why."

Absolutely.
What sticks do you have?

Reduce the system down to one, or a known compatible pair.

I managed to decrease the rate of which the error occurs by changing my PSU.
