Kernel Inpage Error and Freezing (chkdsk doesn't work)

I'm having quite a specific issue, I'm having the usual BSOD Kernal_Inpage_Error on my Acer Aspire 7741 but mine is apparently different. It'd occur randomly, or whenever I've used my PC for a while, an hour or more that is, but despite all I've looked up online they're only fix was "run a chkdsk that'll work" well I've done that. Several times. And it didn't help.

Maybe it's also because I recently got the reallocated sector count error aswell (value:133 worst: 133 threshold: 140 Raw Data: 536) but I've been monitoring that for a week now and saw no changes in all the values and no new bad sectors (or any bad sectors, scanned with hdd regenerator, just delays) have appeared, it's just this annoying error. And sometimes the error itself fails to appear and everything just freezes. This can last hours and remain unchanging.

Now I need to know if replacing the hdd is the only option as, I'm not in the US I can't find one easily and I've no warranty to begin with...

Thank you for reading I'd really appreciate any help with this issue, preferably one that's more descriptive than "get a new hdd, your PC is screwed" even if that may be the case.

suggest save any data you need. then buy a new HDD. also that is the source of your freezing.
as you said "value:133 worst: 133 threshold: 140 Raw Data: 536" it is below the threshold of 140. you will probably find a bad sector thats why im suggesting copy any data that you need off that HDD and buy a new one.
well sugest go and download a HDD diagnostic software that is OS independent (ie it boot from a USB) so that you can run a diagnostic from it. it will show if you are screwed or not.

WD datalife guard: http://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?p=2 (instruction on creating a bootable media is here also)
Seagate Seatools: http://www.seagate.com/as/en/support/downloads/seatools/seatools-dos-master/

First of all, thank you for your reply, I didn't think I'd get one so soon but here's what I did:

I had falcon4s boot disc lying around so I decided to use the WD Diagnostic utility that was included to run the diagnostic you suggested. I found that the "quick test" option only gave me the S.M.A.R.T values of which one was below threshold, (hence the sector reallocation count error I mentioned before) is this the information you were looking for, because that is all it told me...
