I have included a link to the minidump created from this crash, for some reason I cant find the memory.dmp, but have configured my computer to create a complete dump next time this happens, and changed the root folder it creates it in to its own dump folder from now on, incase that was the issue with the dump being created in the first place. It shouldn't be, but who knows.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) isn't the result of a BSOD, Its actually the result of a report run by Windows on restart. Every time PC is started it checks to see how it was shut down the previous time. If it finds it wasn't closed correctly, it creates this event. Windows doesn't know why it crashed so its not a BSOD. Its likely to be a hardware fault.

Can you show us a list of parts in PC?

It seems like this issue cropped up around the 15th of this month, and I can confirm that this is indeed a blue screen thats causing the restarts, however I concede I had no idea what this error pertained to. I am getting BSOD's before the restart though.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

The tinyupload site isn't loading for me. I don't know if it's my connection, my ISP, or if the site is down. All of the others below are working for me. Maybe try one of those:

Google Drive - https://www.google.com/drive/
Microsoft OneDrive - https://onedrive.live.com/
Dropbox - https://www.dropbox.com/
SendSpace - https://www.sendspace.com/

Thanks, the GoogleDrive link worked right away. The tinyupload.com link still doesn't work... for me. Odd. Maybe my ISP has blocked it.

I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/AHKY.html

File: 062718-6718-01.dmp (Jun 27 2018 - 17:44:33)
BugCheck: [KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)]
Probably caused by: memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime: 1 Day(s), 2 Hour(s), 30 Min(s), and 33 Sec(s)

The overclocking driver "XtuAcpiDriver.sys" was found on your system. (Intel Extreme Tuning Utility) Remove all overclocks.

Motherboard: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z97S-SLI-Krait-Edition.html
You have the latest available BIOS installed.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

Curious what this is for?

Jul 03 2012 - libusbK.sys - Vendor Class WinUSB Compatible driver https://sourceforge.net/projects/libusbk/

Motherboard uses Intel USB drivers so its not from it. Win 8 & 10 haven't needed usb drivers since they are built in

CPU isn't overclkocked, its same one as mine so I can tell :)

Scarlet crush can cause bsod tho not normally restarts.

Strange this is on here but not the other part of the tuner - XtuAcpiDriver.sys - Intel Extreme Tuning BIOS Interface driver. It normally has another partner in crime. I looked them up earlier tonight. normally find this with it - iocbios2.sys Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility Performance Tuning driver but its not showing

MSI web site lists Extreme tuning in its utilities page. May be a newer version. If you can't find it on PC, 1 way to remove is install newest version and then uninstall it.

remove overclock then until we figure out cause. Remove intel extreme overclocking utility while you at it.

I was going by what dump files are reporting -
Processor Version: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
I always figured it would show right speeds there?

win32kful.sys is the windows kernel again.

Your system is reporting CPU is running at 3.5 so your overclock isn't showing up there.

Socket Designation SOCKET 0
Processor Type Central Processor
Processor Family cdh - Specification Reserved
Processor Manufacturer Intel
Processor ID c3060300fffbebbf
Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Processor Voltage 8ch - 1.2V
External Clock 100MHz
Max Speed 3800MHz
Current Speed 3500MHz

It also seems odd its showing your max speed as 3.8 when it should be 3.9 in turbo boost - https://ark.intel.com/products/80811/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz

either our report is wrong or there is something odd going on with bios settings.
