After buying new motherboard I have a Kernel-power 41 (63) problem.
My pc restarts randomly.

What CPU cooler? Why the 970A-DS3P instead of the better 970A-UD3P? Temperatures are meaningless (you probably know that your CPU can't be that cool); what are the thermal margins at full load according to AMD Overdrive?

My cooler is LC-CC POWER 95.
They are at -8,9

Just found out that somethings wrong whit my HARD DISKS

The cooler is not powerful enough for that CPU and that's the reason why it's overheating and eventually shutting down to protect itself. The thermal margins should be at least 10°C (ideally 20°C or more) at full load; yours are negative.

Cooler is not the problem because if it was I would of had a problem on my old motherboard which was asus m5a78l-m/usb3 .
Plus my pc restarts when thermal margins are at 40

Yeah I've been to my friends house.We tried to change everything even hard disks and we came to conclusion that its some-kind of technical problem on motherboard.

Could you exchange the motherboard for one that properly supports that CPU, e.g., the GA-970A-UD3P?
