Kernel Power crashes

Hello community!

So im playing a game normally and i click esc or tab to pause it and the computer just restarts itself. When windows loaded i checked event viewer and event was:

Its a usual Kernel Power crash. But it doesn't produce any dumps. I already tested CPU and GPU for stability with Prime95 and FurMark. Both passed. I have all the latest drivers. I tried using driver verifier but when select options and restart it, it hangs immediately when i see background. But the point is. This isn't happening with other games for example Battlefield 3.
 
I have formated my PC to rule out any software problems. They are ruled out, PC still just shuts down during gaming. Im guessing its my PSU since its happening to all games. I disconnected front panel jackets for mic and headphones and front disk slot to save on power. It's still happening. Im getting pretty desperate now. Here is a picture of my PSU
