Kernel power error

I have this problem, happened like 4 times in 3 weeks, my computer is completely new. the error is kernel power 41
task catergory 63
bug check code 24
whats happening?

There is not much information about the error online, but from what I saw, there could be insufficient voltage coming from the outlet. If you have it plugged into a surge protector, try using a different outlet.

A surge protector? I dont think its connected to any of that. I think it could be the psu...

I read about it and apparently its quite bad. should I get another psu?

There is some other troubleshooting you can try first. Do you know how to access device manager? If so, check to make sure you have no duplicate drivers or hardware without drivers at all.

how do i check for duplicate drivers?

You will see the same device listed multiple times. You may see your sound drivers several times for example.

i have many duplicates.....
like high definition audio controller
intel 82801 pci bridge
acpi thermalzone
apci fan
hid keyboard device

There were several instances online of people with the error where they were able to fix it by removing their sound drivers and reinstalling a single instance of it. I do not know if it will work for you, but it is worth a try.
