So recently I upped the Mhz on my ram from 1333 to 2133 because that's what it says the ram is supposed to run at (set it on XMP). Ever since I did that I will get blue screens after about an hour of playing a game. I ran WhoCrashed and I got:

"On Sat 2/27/2016 11:38:45 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\022716-8031-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)
Bugcheck code: 0x139 (0x3, 0xFFFFD0002A6643B0, 0xFFFFD0002A664308, 0x0)
Error: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
Bug check description: The kernel has detected the corruption of a critical data structure.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time."

I copied all the info about my system from CPU-Z to this pastebin
PC Build

I also tried memtest and received no errors. I switched the RAM from slots 2 and 4 to 1 and 3 but still get blue screens. If you need any more information I'll be happy to help

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Do run Windows Update first and install all the updates available.
- Next is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Open Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to your GPU.
- Next is to download the latest driver form the manufacturers site. (Nvidia or AMD)
- Reboot your PC once the latest driver has been installed and observe it again after the reboot.

Hey sorry about taking so long to respond. Turns out the new beta AMD drivers I got screwed up my usb drivers so I haven't been able to use a mouse and keyboard on my main PC. So after I (Hopefully) get that fixed I'll get back to you on if it even fixed the main problem.

Hey, I got a System thread exception not handled blue screen after I did those.
