Question Key doesnt seem te register

I have an issue where my sinlge quotation mark doesnt register, its not that the key is broken because when I press shift first I can still type the number 4 (I have an azerty keyboard). I have no clue what can cause this problem but its causing me nuts

AZERTY is for French speaking regions,.... What language is your OS set to?

It may be that your OS is set to a region with a QWERTY layout? Even then though, SHFT+4 shouldn't = 4....

My os is set to english but like you pointed out SHIFT+4 does work

English, where? Usually there's a region/country... examples: English (United Stated) or English (United Kingdom).

To do what you want, I suspect you'll need to select a language that has an option for English, but utilizes AZERTY keyboard layout.

Off the top of my head, I think English (Belgium) should do what you want.... but not 100% sure on that.
