[SOLVED] key not working

My H key is not working, only wen I use sHift as you can see, Tried 3 different keyboards, all tHe same issue. THe one I'm using now is brand new.. I tougHt buying a new one would fix it.. guess not. I'm so lost

Check the "h" key of any of those "non-working" keyboards on another computer to see if it's functional. If it is, check on the non-working PC that the language settings are correct.
