Question Key on my membrane keyboard barely working after i pushed down the rubber bit inside it.

I was dissasembeling my membrane keyboard and i accidentally pushed down the rubber bit under my e key with the tool i was using to pop the key out, and now i have to push down the key multiple times before it works. Any way i can fix this?

About all I can think of, for the moment, is that you need to reopen the keyboard and restore the" e" key's "rubber bit" back to its' previous condition/position.

However doing so likely means that you will need to look at another nearby letter key to determine what that "previous condition" is.

So you must be very careful about doing so and what tools you use.

Just my thoughts on the matter.
