Keyboard acting werid

Hello,
My problem is that sometimes I have to hit keyboard keys very hardly in order to type them ( only certain keys) and sometimes when I do that, my keyboard types two or more letters.
I hope someone will help me because I do not know if it is my keyboard or if it is some software problem
P.S. As my pc says, all drivers are up to date

Must be KB itself and those keys, no software can determine how hard you have to press a button. Usual causes are stuck buttons with dirt under it or bad contacts in the printed circuit board under the keys.
