Keyboard and Mouse aren't working after downgrading from win10 back to win7

Sorry to bother guys.
Recently downgraded os from win10 to win7 but then found out both my input device, keyboard and mouse aren't working once getting into Window.
Keyboard work just fine in bios.
Please help! Thank you!

see if the keyboard and mouse gets detected in device manager and reinstall their drivers...

What's the brand and model of the motherboard? Windows 7 doesn't support USB 3.0 without installing USB 3.0 drivers.
