Question Keyboard and Mouse don’t work in BIOS and Windows 10

Specs:
i5-8600k
MSI z370 Gaming plus mobo
Gtx 1060
4 x 8gb ddr4

As the title says my keyboard and mouse will not work in the bios or windows. So I literally can’t do anything. I have tried to clear cmos but it didn’t work it still did not detect the mouse or keyboard. I have tried to use a different keyboard but no luck. I have no clue what to do since I can’t enter bios or log into Windows. When I plug my usb microphone in it gets power, and my usb hub.
Please help me!

try the usb 2.0 port? test with 1 stick of ram? igpu only?

I tried each ram stick individually and none of them worked. Any other things I could try?

update I now have access to windows via team viewer a remote control software
