Keyboard and mouse don't work and computer has MBR problems

My keyboard and mouse aren't detected and I have no display since my MBR is corrupt. My motherboard is an MSI GD65 Z87. I really need my keyboard and mouse to fix my MBR issue. Please tell me everything you can.■

It's a new motherboard and I'm using the ports on that.
