Keyboard and mouse flickering and not working

I just built my pc and it ran great for about 6 months. Then randomly my gaming keyboard started flickering and then turning off and a window displayed that was the same as the first day i pluged it in. It show the driver instalation but i could not click on it because my mouse was flickering at the sametime and turned off to. Most the time i re boot and it runs normal. But this time it did it over and over again. I can get through boot and login but after about 1 minute on my home page or doing things it happends. Plz help me

Do you have an MSI motherboard? If so, I have had this problem. It was the fault of the "Qualcom Atheros Killer Network Manager"
This program runs in the background and I found that if I go down to the bottom right hand portion of my window {next to the flag}, click on the up pointing arrow, and right click on the Network Manager, and stop it, the flickering my end there. If not, make sure all the processes are ended too, and even try uninstalling it.
