Question Keyboard and mouse input lag among other things.

I'm having input lag on my keyboard and mouse(not fully sure about the mouse I can aim and stuff I'm dumb) and I don't know how to test it. So far it happens mostly in video games and I tried updating my keyboard and mouse driver in device manager with browse my computer for updates and when I did that my keyboard just stopped working, it lits up but the keyboard stops working on the USB port I updated it on but works fine on other ports(same with the mouse)

Its a redgear blaze 7 keyboard and a Lenovo mouse( at this point I don't think theres anything wrong with the mouse)
Windows 10 Pro latest version I got from Microsoft website last week
Don't know the bios version its a new motherboard I got last month
