Question Keyboard and mouse lag when HDMI cable is plugged in ?

I am using a usb-c hub to connect my laptop to a QHD monitor and have 2 mouse and keyboard dongles plugged into the hub. Initially, I plugged 2 dongles into the hub and the HDMI cable into the port on the laptop, everything was fine, the problem occurs when I plug the HDMI cable into the hub, the mouse pointer starts to show signs of freeze or lag, sometimes they work normally. The keyboard also has the same disordered signs but the frequency is very low, rarely. When I unplugged the cable, everything was fine. I'm trying to change to another HDMI cable instead of the current one, but I don't know if that will work. Hope someone can tell me the cause and how to fix it. Thanks
P/s: I'm using Logitech G304 and ikbc W200

Make and model of the laptop? SKU to said laptop will help us two fold. Make and model of the hub you've spoken of? Often times a sub par hub or a bad quality hub can cause in data/signal transmission.

I'm using HP Probook 455 G8 and my hub is Mazer 5in1
