[SOLVED] keyboard and mouse light turns on before computer turns on

keyboard and mouse rgb turns on before i press power on button. After shut down rgb lights turns off. No earth problem,

Could you post your system model or specs.
Even though a computer is off, it could pass thru power on some or all the USB ports.
I case you did not know, you might even be able set your system to power on by pressing a keyboard key.
You might be able to disable that power feature in the BIOS.

To disable the power on USB, enter the BIOS.
Click on Home, and from Favorites click on Classic Setup then select the Power Management tab.
Turn ErP to enabled.
Press the F10 key to save changes and exit .

Yes, it is safe, otherwise I would not have advised you to enable it.
ErP is a BIOS power management state, that when enabled and the computer is off, instructs the BIOS to BIOS to turn off power to USB and Ethernet ports.
Your computer won't turn on thru USB keyboard or mouse or over the internet...it will require someone to prees the power button.
You won't be able to charge any devices when the system is turn off.

You will save a bit of energy since your computer will shut down completely.
and won't waste energy you might not be using.
