Question Keyboard and mouse not working after i resrt my pc

So i decided to reset my pc bcs it was full of junk and now my keyboard and mouse arent working and i cant do anything on first time setup
Can u help me

Also my keyboard works on bios but as soon as windows logo appears it doesnt work anymore (i can see it by pressing numlock)

I have tried different keyboards but nothing worked
