Keyboard and Mouse not working in anything

I disabled an option in my BIOS Settings of my new PC and it was something like Disable USB Switches and now my keyboard and mouse won't work in anything, including when I start my pc and try to open the BIOS menu.
GPU: GTX 970 MSI Edition
CPU: Intel i5 6600k
MotherBoard: MSI B140 Gaming
Hard Drive Storage: 1TB

Manually reset the bios. You should ha a clear cmos jumper on the motherboard. You can check the manual for more info

But I couldn't find the Jumper Cap, so I just used the tip of a screw driver and it worked
