Keyboard and mouse not working on boot up

Ok so when I turn on my pc I can use my keyboard and mouse in bios but when I get into my login for windows my numlock is stuck and I can’t type or move my mouse even though they are on

Specs:

Intel pentium g4560
Evga gtx 1050 ti sc
2x4 gigs of ddr4 2133mhz hypex
Msi b250m pro-vd
Evga 430w bronze certified
Western digital 1tb 7300 rpm
Windows 10 Home

Check BIOS for USB Legacy mode.
