Keyboard and Mouse not working

I have a new mechanical keyboard and mouse that were working perfectly until I bought a new Gigabyte motherboard. When I boot up the computer I can enter the BIOS by pressing the 'delete' key and the mouse and keyboard work fine while in the BIOS. But the second I get to the login screen the mouse and keyboard stop working. Mono model: Gigabyte GA-H87N-WIFI. Using a Tt esports Poseidon Z keyboard. eblue cobra mouse. Tried connection tin to usb 3 as well as usb 2.

Do other keyboards and mice work?
Did you try leaving them unplugged until you get into Windows?

Are other things working in the USB ports, and try using a ps/2 mouse ps/2 keyboard port if you have one. When i had a problem similar I needed to use a ps/2 mouse and re-install my USB drivers.
