Keyboard and mouse spamming and lagging while streaming in windows 8?

My keyboard keeps spamming keys when I press them. Exemple; I press A key for 2 sec, unpress the A key, but still the keyboard inputs the key A for another 2 seconds. It,s spamming keys whenever I press them while gaming. Also my mouse freezes once in a while. Please help !

WHat mouse and keyboard do you have? Sometimes it has to do with the polling rate they are set at. Not usually as long as 2 seconds after but this is a place to start looking. 500ms or faster is usually best.

Next look to see how much CPU you are using while gaming. If it is at 100% all the time you might be lagging causing the issue.

How do I fix it? BTW I have a FX8350 clocked at 4.1 GHz
