Keyboard and mouse stop working last night

My computer is a hp pavilion slimline s5610f.

Last night I was downloading my graphic card driver from AMD and watching YouTube when I run the setup.My mouse some how won't work so I shutdown my computer and boot it on but when I get to the window 8.1 logo it stop working and it work on bios and some of my f key is broken.I try to restore it to the time it work but my key don't work

Please help me!

Tough to make out what is going on. Is the system starting but the function keys are not working? Exactly what is happening now?
