Keyboard backlight, always on?

I just got a new gaming keyboard for christmas, the Razer Lycosa. It's a great keyboard and I love it, but I'm not sure if I should keep the backlight on all the time, or just when I'm using the keyboard. My PC is always on, so if left on it will be on 24/7, is that better or is it better to keep turning it on and off?

It won't affect anything but your aesthetic sensibility. LEDs use practically no power, and they last practically forever. If you like the light, leave it on. If not, turn it off.
