Keyboard buttons problem

some specific buttons on keyboard doesn't work. the black ones are the keys that does not work... If it can be fix please help. I don't know if its a software or hardware problem.

It's very unlikely that it's a SW (driver) problem. Buttons (their switches) are connected in grid pattern of 3 + ground and that error is consistent with one of connecting leads being broken.

so... there's no hope for this? not even in the hardware area, specifically the inside of the keyboard.

No, not a practical solution. Whole switch grid connects to a controller chip so unless somebody is knowledgeable enough and willing to dig in, it's not fixable from outside.
