I believe that the inner cables that come out of the keyboard are broken since after I moved the cable part up by a bit one day, the keyboard stopped working and by putting the cable into a bended position it began to work again temporarily, but now it no longer works. Its not an issue with my pc since other keyboards work fine with my pc, and when I tried connecting the keyboard that has issues to other computers, it still had that problem.

while not shown here, the part where the cable comes out of the keyboard bends straight downwards. https://imgur.com/a/RmxzV
(The keyboard is a Corsair K95 CH-9000181-NA, white led, cherry mx red)

Is it possible for me to open up this keyboard, detach the cable and replace it, or cut through the threaded portion and fix it from there, or any other way to repair it. All the switches and keys work fine. I did buy this product used over 2 years, but worked perfectly without any issues up until now. Can't claim warranty since I didn't buy it myself, and even then, corsair only covers by there warranty for 2 years, so the product is out of warranty, and the product also seems to be discontinued production wise.
If repair it isn't possible, what advice would you have from there? ex. like just remove all the cherry mx red switches and keycaps, then like sell the switches or hold on to them to solder them onto a different keyboard, etc.

Solution
You can repair it, though it can be TRICKY to do some of this.

Here's an idea of how to cut a cable and join them back together. I'm not suggesting the entire video as a strategy:

I would need to SEE the product but take as much apart as possible of the keyboard to gain access to the cable, then carefully cut open the cable COVERING to see what inner cabling is broken.

If it's just one small cable, then as per the VIDEO remove at least 1cm of sheath then twist the two parts of the cabling back together (solder if comfortable), then cover the cable with sleeving or tape.

(can avoid covering the small cable if no other cable metal innards are showing, then repair the outer part of the main...

Solution
ALTERNATIVELY, you may be able to remove the cable at the source, cut off the entire BROKEN part then rejoin the smaller cables to the main keyboard.

a) may need to do so if repairing one small cable makes it now too SHORT, and
b) be careful to note where every cable CONNECTS (draw a picture) if you remove multiple cables.

Again, this can be tricky so plan it out carefully. Perhaps find other repair videos but I'd start by taking apart the keyboard to see what you're dealing with.
