Keyboard cancels keystrokes?

Hi there!
I'm new,so I'll try to be brief. I just got this new keyboard for my laptop - KX-1201 (It's Chinese, goggle for more info) and I've noticed the most bizarre thing : After I press a key and then another one, releasing the second key cancels the first one. For example: I press and hold UpArrow and then press and hold LeftArrow. Upon release of LeftArrow, the KBD stops registering any key as being pressed. It makes for a whole new level of difficulty playing games, believe me.
So, can anyone help? I'd be very grateful.

It might be your software. Try uninstalling the software for it if you have it installed and running it like that. If that doesn't work. Uninstall drivers, re-boot, re-install drivers, try again. I had the same problem with a Joystick when playing a game.

The joystick worked great for a year then suddenly stopped working. If my suggestions don't work it could be the keyboard itself having multi-key problems, and once the first key is released then the keyboard assumes no keys are being pressed. If you let go of first key, it will probably still work, correct? (So hold Up and Left, let go of Up(first key) but still works.)

Well, tried everything you said, no results. And the KBD won't work correctly if I swap the keys 🙁 I just don't know

Well, another thing you could try would be plug in another keyboard thats older, if you have one, and if that one works fine then its probably the keyboard itself, if it still does it, its probably a keyboard setting somewhere or the way the game/windows reads the key functions differently. If its how the keyboard works then you will just have to buy a new one, or work with the one you got.
