Keyboard creating incorrect characters

Hey there,

My logitech g710+ is having an issue where all the characters are being input incorrectly. For instance, when I pretty "A" it creates nothing and when I press "F" it functions as "Tab". All the keys are like this as far as I can tell. I took out my keyboard, restarted, and put in my old school dell keyboard and this keyboard is functioning 100% properly. Any advise? Thanks guys!

If your keyboard is under warranty, return it to either Logitech, or the place of purchase for replacement. If not, time to buy another keyboard.

Double check that your keyboard isn't in Dvorak layout mode or something like that first

How do I check this?

Maybe under control panel - language or control panel - keyboard. Good luck. If it's the same layout with another keyboard plugged in then it's the settings
