Keyboard delayed in-game

every game i play my keyboard becomes unusable and delayed every few seconds, and if im walking forward in a game i can sometimes continue to walk for ward and have no control over anything but my mouse even if a let go of my keyboard

my keyboard is a Razer black window ultimate stealth and my os is windows 10

1| Have you made sure to disable automatic device driver updates?
2| That the Razer Synapse software is installed with the latest version? You may want to uninstall the keyboard from Device Manager and reinstall Synapse.
3| Have you made sure your BIOS and remaining drivers(namely chipset and USB) are up to date?
4| Please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your connected peripherals.
