btw i tested the keyboard on other PCs and works all fine all day long

i suspect something messed up in windows or IDK ...

stop making new threads, you just get in trouble for it... someone would answer if they had an idea.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

which version of windows?

Sorry for replying late , the windows version I have is windows 10 build 19042

I’ve done all the steps and now I’m waiting to see if the issue persists, I’ll give an update about the situation after some testing

I noticed there is a service called “DinosecurityPasepi” running on my pc even after clean boot . What is it ? Should I be worried about it ?

Did removing it change anything with regards to keyboard?
not really , but i did notice that the program (hitman pro) managed to fix something in the registry Currentcontrolset . IDK but maybe it fixed the faulty registry related to keyboard

its been 15 min , the keyboard just did the same issue again (usb device not recognized)

EDIT:
i did unplug it and plug it back and it worked (but the issue still happens randomly) what do you think

use it for a day or so and see how you go. A few hours might not be enough :)
the issue happened to me now , but after like 1:30h after booting , but this time when i tried to unplug the keyboard and plug it back the error ( usb device not recognized) doesnt go im using another keyboard to type this now , so ill be glad to identify the issue as long as its still fresh

i think you need to test keyboard out more on other PC and see if your 1 day was just luck.

Does other keyboard work fine? no errors ever?
yee , my second keyboard works just fine , but barely does the error some time . But my current (primary) keyboard is doing it more often

dude i noticed something weird . i did unplug it and plug it in the front IO of the pc (front usb) and it worked
i dont think its some kind of hardware related issue ...

i have had usb flash drives that didn't work with one install of windows but did on next. I don't know if that would work for keybaord as in that case I didn't get errors, it just didn't see flash drive.

I think its a bad Keyboard. it works sometimes but not always. I would use the other one if you want a reliable experience.
if its a new keyboard, you could return for a replacement maybe.
its 5am, I need to sleep :)

take your time man , you deserve it 😀 ( ill try to do some troubleshooting or even open the keyboard and try to look for some loose connection and solder it)

I opened the keyboard and I did found that there was a loose pin connector connected to the keyboard chord , its connected and its making contact but may be it stops working for some reason... idk (thankfully no soldering was needed since I just removed the clip and put it back again. and I applied some electrical tape to avoid felling in the same issue again . Hopefully it works now without error … ill try to use it for some time and ill give an update about the situation
