Keyboard does not work, but the leds are on

Hi! I recently removed my PS/2 keyboard to clean it and now it doesn't work. I'm using On-screen keyboard right now.
My Num lock led light is on, but none of the buttons work. If I press Caps or Scroll lock on On-screen keyboard those leds also work.

When I boot up my pc, all leds blink, so I guess that keyboard is working, but it just doesn't work.

It doesn't work in safe mode aswell.

I can't even enter the BIOS because it boots so fast and I don't get any info about which button to press to enter. I tried Del, and F buttons, but I couldn't access it.

Is there a way to fix this, because I'm sure that keyboard works, but something is holding it, so it doesn't work?

maybe you screwed something up cleaning it. how did you clean it?

It's not the first time I cleaned it. I've just opened it and cleaned around the buttons.

Try it on a different machine. I wonder if the PS/2 port went bad, or a pin got bent.

I screwed up the keyboard, ps/2 port is fine. I just need to fix my keyboard or to buy new. Thanks anyway!
