Question Keyboard Doesn't Power On

I've had this weird problem with my keyboard for a while now, when I turn the power off completely to the computer i.e. at the PSU or plug socket then the next time I restart the computer my keyboard won't be working. The way I have to get round this at the moment is by having to unplug and plug back in the keyboards USB.

Shutting down normally doesn't cause this issue and also doesn't happen with the mouse that's plugged in right next to the keyboard in the 2 USB 3.0 ports at the back.

Might it be possible to parse the specs to your build, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Peripherals:

If your keyboard has a hub or pass through for other USB devices, try not to use them and connect your peripherals to the motherboard's rear I/O's panel USB ports. If your PSU has been in service for a while, include the age of the unit. BIOS version for your motherboard?
