Keyboard doesn't type

My keyboard doesn't type, this happened suddenly. When I press keys they have a different function. When I press tab it goes to all my tabs I have open and when in Google if I press 'space' then it gives me options to maximize, minimize the tray. When I press E it opens the Google Chrome settings(where you can see the history, make a new tab have the settings, I'm sorry I have my laptop on another language) sometimes when I slide over my keyboard very fast it types a few letters, I tried plugging in another keyboard but it didn't work.

Sounds like you have Alt, Ctrl, Shift, or some other key accidentally held down one way or another that's causing your other keys to function irregularly. Do you have any program that can monitor your keyboard inputs, hence determine which one is stuck?

I just opened my On-screen keyboard and it says my 'Alt' key is pressed

That's it, then. The key probably got stuck somehow. Try fiddling around with it and see if you can't fix it. Remove the keycap, if you need to.
