So I got the G skill rgb km780 today and it has two USB ports that I've connected to two USB 2.0 ports as instructed in the manual. When I try to install the drivers off of the website I download them, extract them (which is what it reccomends) and then run. But when I run it, this message saying "NO Device Detected" appears however everything on the keyboard works fine. In order to start customizing it though I need these drivers. I can't get past this problem though. thanks for any help!

Did anyone else ever figure this out?? I also have the KM780 RGB and any firmware or software version I try to run, it says "no device found"?? Emailed back and forth with GSkill as well as sent it in for RMA and received a new one, same problem...

My first keyboard completely started doing weird things when I tried doing a forced firmware downgrade according to the instructions posted by GSkill themselves here: http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=13957 For example, about 85% of the LEDs completely stopped working no lights at all. Certain keys stopped functioning like the "M" and "V" and a few other random keys. So GSkill told me to RMA, so I did, 5 weeks later received my new one. Same problem as the first one originally had (software wont find device) and I am afraid to do firmware downgrade again in fear that it will brick up again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
