Question keyboard for a standing desk

Just started using a standing desk yesterday and I could immediately tell that it causes my wrists to bend too much out of neutral. Keyboard has little stands on the front to help with wrist angle, but now that I'm in a standing position, I almost need them at the bottom to raise my wrist more and to tilt the keyboard downward. Does anything like that exist?

Sure, any number of stick-on things will lift it, a pad under the keyboard, etc... Do a web search for keyboard rubber feet you will find several dozen options.
