Keyboard for tencent game buddy

Got new dell keyboard to play pubg on tencent game buddy and i cant jump while sprinting (w+shift+space) but i can jump by pressing two buttons (w+space).. my old keyboard worked fine but its dead now and i dont want to buy another keyboard... Can someone tell what to do ??

You may want to doublecheck that the left shift key isn't depressed. You can also rule out a faulty keyboard by trying the same keystrokes but using the right shift key.

Its a new one and i have checked every button... But still same issue... I think my keyboard doesnot support this feature
