Question Keyboard inputs random keys

The top three rows of the keyboard input adjacent characters, e.g. y7, 0], 1`, 3 and f3. Funnily enough the problem vanishes after keeping the laptop on for around 30 minutes.

Fixes I tried:

• Fixing Keyboard Layout
• BIOS Update
• Clean OS Install

I'm using a Dell XPS 13 9370 , running Fedora 30.

Time to try re=seating the keyboard connectors and/or a new keyboard. Is issue there with an external keyboard? The system working after some time being on is not really that odd, if there is a connection issue, things heat up, and connection shifts, bam, working.
