Keyboard is not working HELP

so i got a new keyboard yesterday its a redragon k550 yama and im using windows 10, ihave tried using different usb ports, unistaling the drivers and it still doesnt work, i tried it on a laptop that has windows 10 and it worked for a bit then stopped when i unplugged it and replugged it, what is wrong? i think its the keyboard usb that is having the problems but im not sure

Send it back just in case it's faulty. If you have same problem with replacement, start a new thread and mention that you've already exchanged it and still got the same issue.
