Question Keyboard is unresponsive

Hello, I have a RGB keyboard and whenever I type something it lags and then types multiple of the same key I type. After a while, the keyboard is unresponsive. I tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and after rescanning for hardware changes to bring back the keyboard driver, it installs more of the keyboard driver. So, I got a new keyboard with RGB lights thinking that the previous keyboard was defective, and again it is the same issue. I have tried switching the USB ports in the back panel but it is the same issue. Not sure what the issue is, could it be the power supply?

just confirmed that front panel usb 3.0 does work sometime but few minutes later it goes back to the same problem and backpanel is having the same issue

Make and model of your keyboard? Have you tried working with the keyboard on a donor system to rule out a corrupt OS, drivers or ports on your current platform? Speaking of which, list your specs for your platform. Please include/list your specs like so:

Check and see which BIOS version you're currently on for your motherbaord and the version for your OS, if you're on Windows 10.

My BIOS Is up-to-date version 2607.
