keyboard isn't working

In my HP-Laptop core i3 (with serial no.-CND7340GZY) some keys in the keyboard is not working

First check it in Safe Mode, and maybe a boot disk like a Linux Live disk to make sure issue is not with drivers or some other program. If keys don't work in any of those cases, replace the keyboard.
