keyboard issue solution

hi,
my keyboard is not working properly. Whenever i write something this sign ''-------'' completely fill the page. While watching video the screen gets smaller due to ''------'' this minus sign.
pls tell, how to solve this issue.

Seems like a stuck key, go over the keyboard make sure they key is OK, if you can't fix it, replace the keyboard.
