Recently developed an issue with my keyboard and mouse during games.
After a few seconds keys and buttons become un responsive and have long delays, for instance in modern warfare every time I fired my gun I would reload even though I had not pressed the key for it (E).
my character would continue moving in random directions, also when not pressing any buttons.
As I type this it is perfectly fine. (duckyshine 5)
I have checked all my windows settings sticky keys and all that stuff everything seems fine.
This start maybe 2 weeks ago I thought I had sorted it but it is back and have not a clue why.

9700K
16g corsair vengance
strix oc 1080Ti
Corsair 750w PSU
Windows fully updated
Everything stored on Evo SSDs
