Question keyboard issues

My keyboard - logitech g pro, My mouse - logitech g502 proteus
Up until a few days ago i used my mouse for media controls, or Fn and f9 f10 f11 f12, now my mouse controls dont work because i need to press either ALT and Fn or CTRL and Fn to be able to use f9 f10 f11 f12, is there any way to change this back because i have no idea how this happened.

Check the logitech software settings, there should be a reset to defaults on that.

i couldnt find any option to reset the keyboard to defaults

i went and claimed warranty on it because there were other issues but they didnt bother me much, however the issue still persists, is it something within windows?
