Keyboard keeps changing from Slovak to English language.

Hello guys,
I live in Slovakia, so I use Slovak keyboard layout.
But...
Whenever I change my keyboard's language from EN to SK(in the right bottom corner), it rolls back when I change a window.
It hasn't done this before, just now when I changed the CPU & Motherboard, and freshly reinstalled Windows. Please help.

Right click on the EN in the bottom right corner and press settings, from there put the default input language on slovakian

Damn, switched everything in Time, language and regions to Slovak, but forgot that one Thanks, anyway.
