Question Keyboard key delay but only when using UK layout in Win 10

Sorry for the long title.

Basically the issues is this. When I try to type either ' or @ in the English UK on windows 10 I need to hold the key for a while before it registers, then it types it about 10 times (because I'm holding it down). At first I thought the keyboard was broken but I also use a Japanese keyboard IME and when I use this it works perfectly, no issue what so ever. So the keyboard is fine. I have tested it with multiple other layouts and only English UK doesn't work.

I have also tried removing and re-adding the layout as well as restarting the PC and turning sticky/filter keys on and off. Nothing is working. This is driving me nuts as its a key I use a lot...

You might want to state which version of Windows 10 you're working with. Is this a desktop or a laptop? Might want to see if you've got any BIOS updates pending for your platform.

Sorry, its a desktop Windows 10 home. The keyboard is a corsair K70 LUX.
