[SOLVED] Keyboard key is not working!

So i recently got a new razer cynosa chroma keyboard and the c key isnt working on it after a week so i have to copy and paste. The thing is, when i play games it works fine just like new. It only dosent work when i search stuff like on google, when i type, and when i search for stuff with cortana. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. Thanks

Looks like you unbound the key in razer software profile. It works in games because it changes profile to that game.

There is an option to rebind keys in Razer Synapse 3.0 software. If keys are bound properly there you can try plugging the keyboard to different USB port. If that doesn't work it may be a good idea to contact Razer support.

yeah its not working, if i press it and spam the key like 30 times it works once so it think its broken :|

If that's the case you may also try cleaning the membranes on a circuit board. I've read that it's a common issue with Razer keyboards. If you don't wan't to play with disassembling keyboard Razer support or returning the product is definitely the way here.
