Keyboard keys are not working

Hi, i have been struggling with my laptop keyboard recently. All of a sudden I cannot use any key to input my password in the login page and the narrator keeps turning on whenever I click the ease of access. I have observed that when I click all keys when the narrator is on the input my password it says "hidden". Only tab, ctrl, caps lock, and spacebar seems to work. Please help me because my thesis is due soon and I cannot access my laptop.
