Keyboard keys disabled

Hi, i have an issue with my keyboard on laptop. When I try to write a "q" its not working but the key actually work because when I play a game, it will work for example character movements. The same problem with the "1" above the letters, its not appearing but on the right side it does.
Any suggestion??? Thanks

Also try -

Just hold down the windows key, you should see a symbol bottom right telling you your keys are not activated. Click on it and your keys should be back to normal.
If that doesn't work, try ctrl+windows key.

Im with windows 8.1, is your solution for windows 7? Because i cant see if i have keys that arent activated!
